We employ factory trained and ASE Certified technicians. We do honor most extended warranties. All of the services we provide carry a one year parts and labor warranty. We do offer a lifetime warranty on some parts. Satisfaction is guaranteed. We do offer to pick up and drop off customer’s or their vehicles when within a reasonable distance. We do have an early bird/ night owl drop off service as well. If there is a service that we can provide for you, please ask. We can handle most requests. Some of our locations are currently AAA approved. We use Alldata and Mitchell On-Demand information systems for factory maintenance recommendations, diagnostic information, factory Technical Service Bulletins, and Factory Recall information.

We currently employ factory trained and ASE certified technicians. We do have Master Certified technicians as well. All of our techs attend training seminars and classes whenever possible, and use all of the latest diagnostic techniques and equipment. Our management staff also attends these seminars as well. AC Delco, PACT classes, AMI classes, and Management Success classes are some of the courses we attend during the year. Our parts suppliers also supply us with supplemental seminars provided by the parts manufacturers on new products and techniques throughout the year.
