Our MissionOur mission is to bring customer service back to the industry. We want to be the auto repair facility that not only repairs your vehicles, but the facility that repairs your kids', their kids', and their kids' vehicles for many years to come. We strive to have the highest customer satisfaction rating and give the customers more than what they expect when bringing their vehicles to us for service. We want to change the way customers view the automotive industry as a whole. We do not want the experience to feel like going to the dentist! No one expects their vehicle to break down or need sudden repairs but that does not mean that it always has to be painful. Bring the vehicle in, and let the professionals ease your worries.
Company ProfileAll Auto & Tire was created in 2000 by Vincent Centanne. He opened a small repair shop in Mentor Ohio expanded to 5 stores within 5 years time. He has since moved onto other endeavors and has sold some of those stores off. During Vincent's reign, he acquired a 5 bay shop in Euclid by the name of Steve's Tire and Auto. Steve's Tire and Auto had been around for over 25 years and has had multiple generations of customers. All Auto & Tire has strived to keep those customers coming back along with the next generation of drivers. When Vincent decided to sell, it was because he already had other business ventures and decided running two different types of businesses was a little stressful. The automotive industry can demand some personal attention and Vincent, because of his other responsibilities, felt that it would not be fair to his customers if he could not be there for them. David Zehner has been managing the Euclid Location for approximately 12 to 13 years now. He has kept the customers happy and coming back for many years and has a good background to take over the leadership role. In May of 2006, David Zehner took over the ownership. We are AAA Certified

AllData Certified, MACS Certified, ASE Certified in Brakes, Steering and Suspension, Electronics, Automatic Transmissions, Engine Performance, Engine Repair, Air Conditioning, and Service Consultant. Has taken and achieved certifications in ATI Management training and Management Success. Happily married to Laura Zehner and has a wonderful little boy named Aegis David Zehner. Has been working at the same location since 1994.
